About Puja
Shravani Somvar Puja at Omkareshwar Jyotirlinga holds immense spiritual significance. Performed during the holy month of Shravan, this puja is dedicated to Lord Shiva, the divine protector and the embodiment of compassion. On each Monday of Shravan, special Rudrabhishek and Shodashopchar Puja are performed, invoking blessings for prosperity, health, and fulfillment of desires. Worshipping at Omkareshwar during Shravan is said to bestow liberation from sins (Papmochan) and pave the way to divine grace and Moksha.
Puja Benefits
Fulfillment of Desires (कामनापूर्ति)
Performing this sacred puja on the auspicious Mondays of Shravan is believed to fulfill the heartfelt wishes of devotees. It is said that Lord Shiva, being “Ashutosh” (easily pleased), grants material and spiritual desires through sincere devotion.

Shravani Somvar Puja helps in removing hurdles from one’s personal and professional life. Worshipping Omkareshwar Jyotirlinga, one of the 12 Jyotirlingas, brings the devotee under Shiva’s divine protection, ensuring smooth progress and success in endeavors.
Blessings of Moksha & Peace (मोक्ष व शांति प्राप्ति)
